I am turning 50 in July so I decided that a great way to celebrate would be to lose 50lbs this year. I started my way to this goal on March 11th, a little later than I had planned; probably because I hate joining in on the New Years resolution fad that fades away very quickly. I am proud to say that I have lost 15lbs so far leaving 35lbs to go. I'll be honest I started this goal off with a little help from a doctor and HCG. I will be on this program until April 19, then I will be just counting calories and working out. I will keep you updated on my progress! Wish me luck!
