Broccoli Cornbread

1 Pkg chopped broccoli thawed and drained.
1 large chopped onion
4 eggs beaten
6 oz. of sour cream
1 tsp. of salt
1 stick of butter or margarine melted
1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
9x13 greased pan
Bake 15-25 min. at 400

  1. This is one of my favorite recipes - I could eat an entire pan by myself.

    As for those cupcakes in the last post - NO. Not my taste at all! I'm so glad you had help. I know that the smell must have been horrendous.
